The prices within this site supercede any previous price list. Prices and terms are subject to change without notice.

In no event shall HoverTrowel, Inc. be responsible for and damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, arising from the use of this site.

CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES
Any Claims for damages on HoverTrowel products in shipment must be made by the consignee with the carrier.

RETURNED GOODS*
HoverTrowel policies for the return of tools are as follows:

1. Tools ordered incorrectly* These may be returned for credit less twenty percent (20%) restocking charge to cover inspection, new boxes and strapping.

2. Tools sent incorrectly* These tools may be returned to us and exchanged for correct tools.

3. Defective tools* Any tools found to be defective may be returned for inspection and replacement. NO TOOLS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION from our main office in Mohnton, Pennsylvania. United Parcel Service (UPS) call tags may be requested and sent to you for the exchange of any defective or incorrectly shipped items. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN TOOLS BY PARCEL POST.

*Tools returned for credit or exchange must have a return authorization issued within 30 calendar days of consignee's receipt of factory shipment.
